Lack of Toilets...

So today i woke up and turned my entertainment system on....and as usual it was that time of Kasheshe and so Mwalimu was wondering why we dont have washrooms in banks for their clientelle.....come to think of it...it is very true. I tried to remember all the banks i've been to ever since I became an eligible banker, and none of them had a sign ''Gents ===>'' nor ''Ladies ===>.

so memories of how i've been suffering when doing my banking errands resurfaced; pangaing long lines in banking halls where their systems are stagnantly slow....average 7 minutes to serve one customer, and only two tellers are open. while waiting for your turn and pressed the standing positions keep changing...the only guys who have such information are them guys behind the cctv cameras...

sometimes we walk out of the banking hall (notifying your immediate fellow customer to hold for you your position), then outside you have to look for signs like ''Public Toilets''. Chances are such facilities are not available near banking halls....reason I dont know. If by any chance you get one; by the time you are done with your mission...finding your way back to the banking hall,,,you find a very long queue, shock on you the line has moved very fast your neighbour got served and left.

You begin to appear as if you are lost....remember CCTV chaps are on you; then quickly you will get a pat on your back ''poss/matam panga laini''.

Whose fault is it? please Banks ----why dont you have such facilities for your customers...we can withstand the smell...it is ok, we are your customers and thats why we chose you as our banking partner. Next time I complain of bad smell in the banking hall from the toilets (when you bring them), please dont ever refer to this post.

Am pressed i have to rush to the ''Gents ==>

Good day Chaps!
Ernie.
